All of the maps are fully interactive, showing locations of the grounds,
railway stations and airports, plus places to stay.
Meanwhile, I've nearly finished visiting all 8 venues (I've had to wait for the
builders to finish at one or two!) and will be writing up the information for each section
ASAP - including details of each city, how to get there, stadium info and a bit about the
'host' clubs.
